Vistara Airline, a full-service carrier, on Wednesday said it will temporarily suspend its international operations from March 20, due to the global travel restrictions imposed to curb the spread of COVID-19.
According to the airline, its international operations will remain suspended till March 31.
“Due to the unprecedented impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on border controls and air travel across the world, Vistara is temporarily suspending its international operations from 20 March 2020 to 31 March 2020,” the airline said in a statement.
At present, the airline operates to five foreign destinations — Colombo, Kathmandu, Dubai, Bangkok and Singapore.
